our classes
We offer a range of classes suited to all levels and intentions. Each class is an opportunity to turn inward, move with awareness, and explore your practice at your own pace.
A traditional, structured practice consisting of the same 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in the same order every class, practiced in a heated room. The consistent sequence allows students to track their progress over time, building strength, balance, and flexibility from the inside out. The heat works to warm the muscles deeply, support detoxification, and encourage focused mental discipline. Each 90-minute class is a full-body practice that systematically works every muscle, joint, organ, and gland in the body, promoting overall health and wellbeing. Students are strongly advised to arrive well-hydrated, bring a large water bottle, and a mat towel. Suitable for all levels; first-time students are encouraged to commit to staying in the room for the full duration of class, even if rest is needed.
26 + 2 traditional heated yoga
A balanced, mindful practice that combines the physical benefits of vinyasa flow with the restorative power of seated meditation. The first half of class guides students through a grounding sequence of breath-linked movement designed to release tension, build awareness, and settle the mind. The second half transitions into a guided meditation, inviting students to arrive fully in stillness and cultivate inner calm. This class is ideal for those looking to deepen their mind-body connection, reduce stress, and leave feeling both energized and at ease. Suitable for all levels; no prior meditation experience required.
flow + meditate
A deeply nourishing practice that combines the fluid movement of vinyasa flow with the profound relaxation of yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep. Students will begin with a grounding sequence of breath-linked movement designed to release tension and prepare the body and mind for stillness. The class then transitions into a guided yoga nidra practice, leading students into a state of conscious deep rest between wakefulness and sleep. This transformative combination promotes stress relief, emotional balance, and a deep sense of inner calm. Suitable for all levels; no prior experience with yoga nidra required.
flow + nidra
A thoughtfully balanced class that blends the energizing qualities of vinyasa flow with the deep, passive release of restorative yoga. Students will move through a grounding sequence of breath-linked movement designed to build warmth and awareness in the body, before transitioning into a series of fully supported restorative postures. Props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks are used throughout to encourage complete surrender and relaxation. This class is ideal for those seeking both movement and stillness in equal measure, leaving students feeling restored, balanced, and at ease. Suitable for all levels.
flow + restore
An intense, high-energy fusion class that combines the core-sculpting principles of Pilates with the cardiovascular challenge of high-intensity interval training, practiced in a heated environment. Students will move through rapid, targeted sequences designed to ignite the muscles, elevate the heart rate, and push the body to its edge while maintaining the precision and control that defines Pilates methodology. The heat amplifies the challenge, promoting deeper muscle activation, increased caloric burn, and a powerful, full-body transformation. This class is fast-paced, demanding, and deeply rewarding. Recommended for students with prior Pilates or movement experience.
heated HIIT pilates
A vigorous, breath-driven class practiced in a heated environment designed to promote deeper muscle engagement, increased flexibility, and detoxification through sweat. Students will move through dynamic sequences that build heat from within while the elevated room temperature supports greater range of motion and focus. This class challenges students both physically and mentally, cultivating endurance, strength, and presence. All levels are welcome; modifications are offered throughout. Students are advised to arrive well-hydrated, bring a mat towel, and listen to their bodies throughout the practice.
heated vinyasa flow
A dynamic, full-body class that weaves together elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training into one powerful, movement-rich practice. Students will build core stability, muscular endurance, and functional strength through intentional, flowing sequences designed to challenge and energize the body. Suitable for all levels; modifications are offered throughout to ensure an accessible and rewarding experience for every student.
pilates plus
A gentle, nurturing practice designed specifically to support the changing needs of the body throughout pregnancy. Students will move through carefully selected postures and breathing techniques that promote strength, flexibility, and comfort during each trimester, with particular attention to the hips, lower back, and pelvic floor. Each class incorporates mindful breathwork and relaxation practices to help manage stress, reduce discomfort, and cultivate a deep sense of connection with both body and baby. Props are used throughout to ensure safety and ease in every posture. This class also offers a welcoming community space for expectant mothers to share in the journey of pregnancy together. Open to all trimesters; students are advised to consult with their healthcare provider before beginning any new movement practice during pregnancy.
prenatal yoga
A deeply relaxing, passive practice designed to support the body in fully releasing tension and activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Students will move through a small number of carefully supported postures using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing the body to soften and rest completely in each shape. This class moves at a slow, intentional pace, making space for deep physical and mental restoration. Ideal for those recovering from stress, fatigue, or intense physical activity, as well as anyone seeking stillness and renewal. Suitable for all levels and particularly welcoming to those new to yoga or returning from injury.
